The Pitch Hub is an organisation that is aimed at equipping young entrepreneurs in Africa with the soft skills that are needed to build and sustain competitive business.
What We Believe.
We believe in ideas that work. We recognise the self-evident truth that many young Africans have ideas that could potentially change the economy of the country and help solve the perennial problem of unemployment. We are happy to provide the support these enterprising young Africans need to implement these ideas.

THE PITCH HUB
OUR FOCUS
We focus mainly on capacity building and investor liaising. The Pitch Hub facilitates business management training for young entrepreneurs as well training in the art of pitching their business ideas and connecting them to investors both locally and internationally for funding. The Pitch Hub with support from partners provides business consulting services for entrepreneurs to help grow their business.
We also implement projects and undertake outreach programs to educational institutions, religious organisations among others to encourage entrepreneurship among young people who have the drive and passion for business.

OUR IMPACT
The Pitch Hub was started in 2018 with support from Youth Time International Movement, since then, the organisation has focused on building capacity among young business owners and raising funds with support from partners for the businesses.

After completing the EQWIP HUBs’ entrepreneurship training in 2018, our participants were able to structure their business models on paper. Their biggest challenge, however, was the ability to confidently pitch their business idea in front of a panel. This is where we involved The Pitch Hub to train them both on the content and delivery of 1 minute elevator pitch and 5 minutes pitch in front of a panel of judges. The most important skill for any entrepreneur is the ability to sell their business in order to raise funds. After being trained by The Pitch Hub for one week, all our participants were able to effectively pitch their business idea and were granted a seed capital each to start their business from our partners. I highly recommend The Pitch Hub
